Shipping Rates and Policies

 Shipping Products To Your Customers: All orders are ship UPS ground unless specified. After your order is received by our system, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days if not sooner. Out of stock items will be processed 5 to 7 business days. It takes additional 2 to 5 business days for UPS or the Postal Service to deliver the package to your customer. Transit time depends on what area of the country the package is shipping to. Click here for ups Transit Time. If you need your orders ship Express, Next day, Second day, etc., email for a shipping quote. You will receive an order receipt and a tracking or shipping confirmation by email when your order is shipped.
International Shipping: We do not ship international except for Canada. You may sell our products to anywhere in the world, but the products will ship directly to you, You may turn around and ship to your customers any way you wish.

To get a shipping quote to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, any US Virgin Islands, send us an email. You can also log on to http://www.usps.com to get the shipping quote to anywhere. Remember the origin zipcode is 72501.
When email for shipping quote, please make sure include item numbers, how many, and a complete ship to address.

Returning Products by the Customers: We have a reputation of providing high quality products, if for any reason have candles defective or the costumer is unsatisfied with the order, he/she can return the undamaged item for a full refund. You must do this in the first 30 days, exclude the shipping feeAll products will be inspected, if found to be in a condition that would prevent resale there will be no refund. We cannot accept returns on fragrance oils, refresher oils, fragrance sprays, diffusers, diffuser refills or bath and body products  Candles Candles will be Notified that you are unsatisfied. We then will tell you to ship the product to Distributor. The product will be ship directly to the Distributor: Atten: Return Dept., 29 Mack Street, Batesville, AR 72501. Or  Mosley Lane, 5622 Stillwell Beckett Road, Oxford, OH 45056Please reference the return with your order number.

Unless we made a mistake on the order, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is not-refundable. Please make sure your customers aware of this returning policy. 

Damaged Merchandise During Transit: We package our boxes according the UPS packaging codes, If for some reasons your customer received damaged products, please have your customer to contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. The customer needs to provide to UPS the tracking number, which can be found on the shipping label. The customer needs to keep the damaged package up to 5 days from the day he/she call UPS to report the damage. UPS will pick up the damage package for inspection, and send us, Distributor the paper work for the refund.

Please send us an email reference with an order number about the damaged package.

After we receive the message from the customer about the damaged items we can either place the order again or provide a refund back to you customer’s credit card account. Once we receive the paper work from UPS, well refund back to your account.

Most orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days if not sooner. It takes additional 3 to 5 business day for UPS to deliver the merchandise to your customers.
